Visiting Brighton and car parking

So, you've found your bed and breakfast in Brighton and now all you have to do is get there. Parking in Brighton can seem like a nightmare if you're not sure where you're going, so if you're visiting Brighton, use our information about transport and car parking to help navigate your way around the city.

For guests of the Ambassador we have local parking permits for £8.50 per 24 hours.

By far the easiest places to leave your car are the car parks located near the shopping centres and hotels in Brighton. There are NCP car parks in Churchill Square, in the North Laines and at various other main tourist attractions around the city.

On-street parking is available in some areas around town, but you better be quick if you want a space! Madeira Drive and Marine Drive along the seafront have plenty of parking spaces and are close to the main areas of the town.

Look here for the car parking guide for our hotel

The Ambassador Hotel is a bed and breakfast in Brighton located in The New Steine, a Georgian Square on the seafront, about 300 metres from the Pier. It is possible to park here with a permit, which can be purchased from the hotel when you arrive.

Click on the links above for information on travelling by train, coach, and ferry as well as local bus and taxi information. We also have maps and directions, and a car parking guide for our hotel to help you find the best way to reach us here in Brighton.
